Our society tends to narrowly define what it means to sustain ourselves so we fantasy about spa escapes and vacations that we never have time for. In the meantime, we miss the moment-by-moment opportunities for nourishment right in front of us. Join the women of SOFIA for an evening of inquiry and dialogue.
